Data processed

This website creates no customer account and uses no database to store visitors. If you contact K32 Factory on WhatsApp or by email, the information you provide is used only to answer your request.

K32 notifications

If you voluntarily enable notifications, the server stores the technical subscription endpoint supplied by your browser and the encryption keys required for delivery in a private file. This data is used only for K32 events, photos, articles and announcements. It is removed when you disable notifications or when the push service reports that the subscription has expired.

Retention

Messages are kept in the venue’s inbox only for the time needed to process and follow up the request, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to processing, by emailing contact@k32factory.fr. You may also contact the French data protection authority, CNIL.

External services

Google Maps is disabled by default and loads only after consent. Links to Google, Facebook and Instagram open external services governed by their own privacy policies.
